What People Are Saying
“Due to a serious illness, I became bedridden and completely lost all of my core strength. A friend told me about Emily’s class; it has absolutely been the best possible thing I have ever done for myself. I enjoy it tremendously; although I am 84, most days I feel as if I am only 24!”
